Dr. Icekson - Plastic Surgeon

Dr. Michael Icekson is a senior Israeli plastic surgeon. Member of the Israel Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery and the American Association of Plastic Surgery. With over 20 years of professional experience in plastic surgery and thousands of procedures in his resume, both in the aesthetic and reconstructive fields, he is today considered one of Israel's leading plastic surgeons.

After graduating medical school at the Tel Aviv University, Dr Icekson was accepted to a seven-year residency in plastic surgery at Haddasah Ein Kerem public hospital in Jerusalem, and upon receiving his title as a specialist, continued his work there as a senior doctor at the plastic surgery ward. In 2005 he participated in a 4-month special fellowship in aesthetic surgery of the face and breast in Paris and in 2015 was appointed vice chief of the Plastic Surgery ward in Wolfson hospital, Holon.

Dr. Icekson currently serves as senior surgeon at Beillinson hospital, Petah Tikva, where he is in charge of breast reconstructive surgery and Fat Graft treatments, which he carries out using innovative technics and technology. For his pioneering work in Fat Graft treatments, he was honored the special Kaplan Prize, given by the Israel Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery for exceptional work and study. 

While serving as a leading physician in the public sector, Dr Icekson also operates private clinics in Tel Aviv and Jeruslaem, where he performs a variety of plastic surgery treatments of the breast, body, nose and face, as well as non-invasive aesthetic treatments such as Botox, Hyaluronic Acid, Tixel and CoolTek.       

Due to his reputation, Dr. Icekson is invited to work, teach and lecture internationally. In 2008 he was invited to perform demonstration surgeries at the Bucharest University medical school, and in 2015 received an invitation by the Chinese Government to teach and demonstrate at the Lyanyungang public hospital. As member of several international plastic surgery associations, Dr. Icekson travels to lecture in different conferences and conventions.

Dr. Icekson emphasizes the importance of full patient involvement.
